After mortally wounding an escort in his dim, makeshift kill room, Ezra — a germaphobic vampire — is hit with more bad news: his boss suspects him of stealing blood from the clinic. When Alice, a woman he’s quietly falling for, invites him out, Ezra stashes the body and heads to their date. But even a fleeting moment of connection can’t quiet his spiraling urges. The night turns bloodier when two enforcers corner him, forcing Ezra into a violent confrontation — just as hope for something human seems within reach.
