Klipist is completely free to use and watch. There are no subscriptions, no ads and no account is needed.

If you are a filmmaker and want to put your own film on Klipist, you can submit your film for free. Only if your film is accepted, there is a one-off fee for all the work that goes into your film. To find out more, head to klipist.com/submissions 

You can watch all short films in your internet browser on klipist.com/films and you can also install Klipist as an app on Apple iOS, MacOS, Android phones and Windows: Klipist app. Enjoy all films for free on all screen sizes and devices!

We handpick only the very best short films for your viewing pleasure. All films undergo a strict selection process before they are released on Klipist, so you will only find quality, instead of quantity.

The Klipist app is available on mobile phones, tablets and computers, on iOS, Android, Windows and MacOS. Search “Klipist” in your app store or simply click here to install the Klipist app on your current device.

Here are several ways to watch Klipist on your TV:

With TV Internet Browser:
On your Smart TV, Game Console or TV Box, open the internet browser and go to Klipist.com

With iPhone, iPad, Mac Airplay:
Open Safari or the Klipist app on your Apple iOS device, start watching a film and then click the Airplay symbol on the bottom right in the player.

With Laptop:
Open Chrome or Edge Browser, click the “…” symbol in the top right corner, and click on “Cast” (Chrome) or “More Tools -> Cast Media to Device” (Edge) to cast your screen to your Smart TV.

With Android phone:
Search and install any “Cast to TV” app in the Play Store to cast your phone’s screen to your TV.

With Samsung phone:
On your Samsung phone, open the SmartThings app, select your TV in the app, click the three dots in the top right corner and choose “Mirror Screen (Smart View)” to stream your screen to your TV.

You can submit any film that you own, regardless of year of production or whether it is already accessible online or not. Simply head over to the submissions page.

With an account you can create your own watchlist and receive notifications about new releases and also invitations to Klipist events.

Hover on your name in the top right corner to find the “Edit Profile” page: klipist.com/edit-profile/

If you are logged in and want to change your password: hover on your name in the top right corner to find the “Edit Profile” page where you can set a new password: klipist.com/edit-profile/

If you can’t log in and need to reset your password, go to the login page and click “Forgot password”? here: klipist.com/login/

If you want to delete your account including all your data, head to: klipist.com/close-account/

Deleting your account can’t be undone. Reactivating your account later on will not be possible.

Can't watch & Issues

When you click on any “Play” button, a popup should open and the film should start playing. If the films are not playing, check the following:

  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection
  • Make sure your internet browser is not blocking anything from Klipist
  • Allow popups in your internet browser
  • Sadly films can’t be loaded in some areas in the following countries: Turkey, Indonesia, China

Klipist films can’t be watched offline and can’t be downloaded to your device. You need an internet connection to be able to watch a film.
