Watching films

Where can I watch short films?

You can watch every Klipist film for free at klipist.com/films, or install the Klipist app on iOS, Android, Mac, and Windows. Same library, same price (free), every screen size.

How can I watch Klipist on TV?

Five ways:

  • Smart TV browser: open klipist.com directly on your Smart TV, game console, or TV box.
  • iPhone / iPad / Mac AirPlay: open Safari or the Klipist app, start a film, tap the AirPlay icon in the player.
  • Laptop (Chrome or Edge): click the menu icon → Cast (Chrome) or More tools → Cast media to device (Edge).
  • Android phone: install any “Cast to TV” app from the Play Store.
  • Samsung phone: open the SmartThings app, select your TV, tap the three dots → Mirror Screen (Smart View).
Where can I download the Klipist app?

The Klipist app is on iOS, Android, Mac, and Windows. Install it directly:

Can I watch films offline?

No. Klipist films can’t be downloaded or watched offline. You’ll need an internet connection. We’re a streaming platform, not a download library.

Manage my account

How can I create an account?

You don’t need an account to watch. But with one, you can build a watchlist and get notified about new releases and Klipist events. Create one at klipist.com/create-account.

Where can I update my email or change my password?

Hover on your name in the top-right corner of any page to find Edit Profile. You can update your email, password, and other details there. Direct link: klipist.com/edit-profile.

I can’t log in. How do I reset my password?

Go to klipist.com/login and click Forgot password?. We’ll email you a reset link.

How can I delete my account?

Go to klipist.com/close-account. This can’t be undone. Reactivating later won’t be possible. All your data is permanently removed.

Klipist sends browser and app notifications when a new film is released (max once a week). Click the notification icon on any film page or visit your settings to turn them on.

Issues & troubleshooting

The film isn’t playing. Nothing happens when I press play.

When you click Play, a popup should open and the film should start. If nothing happens, check the following:

  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection
  • Make sure your browser isn’t blocking content from Klipist
  • Allow popups in your browser
  • Films can’t be loaded in some areas in Turkey, Indonesia, and China
