In the near-future New York City… The privatized New York Security Department (NYSD) has partnered with a global retail company. The company pays NYSD agents to issue fines of forced labor in poor communities of color. This arrangement has worked well for NYSD Agent Ed Doyle, who desperately needs the money. But with new labor laws about to take effect, he must cash out by the end of the day. When Doyle is kidnapped by leftist political radicals, the money becomes the prize in a high stakes game of race-baiting psychological manipulation… with a potential for violence.
