“Skin” grapples with age-old themes of grief and alcoholism, but Daisy Stenham sets these against a slightly disturbing backdrop of the not-so-distant future. Nathan, played by Tom Sturridge (“The Sandman”), is rapt with grief – his virtual Chief Happiness Officer is dispatched to help him handle his situation.
